		<description>Rules really do seem to help me a lot.  Personally, I&#039;m much more motivated by looking at the potential upside rather than the potential downside, but that&#039;s just me. It&#039;s all about figuring out what works for you.

		<description>Creating rules for our self is powerful to overcome procrastination. This principle works for me. But oftentimes, when I get a bit low I have a tendency to relapse. When this happens I try to remind myself of the worst possible future. If you scare yourself about the gloomy future if you did not follow you goal, chances are you will get back right on track. It&#039;s pretty awkward, but it works for me. :-)</description>
