I have 20 years of experience as a professional software developer and have worked in a variety of fast-paced, high-pressure environments, including two different start-ups, government contractors and a couple of larger companies. Technology Industries was created to develop web-based products (using C#.Net, PHP, Java, JavaScript) and custom solutions involving identity management and authentication for the U.S. Government. Worked with a team of developers to deliver patented solutions to the U.S. Army for use at the Pentagon. Developed software toolkits to aid in the performance and standards compliance testing for identity management systems used by various federal agencies.

RSA Security provides data security and authentication solutions for corporations. Managed a software development team for RSA’s logical security products. Worked on RSA’s Authentication Security product for web-based identity management solutions.
3-G International

3-G International was created to develop internet-based identity management and authentication solutions for use by the federal government and financial institutions which operated in high-security environments requiring strong authentication techniques. Developed several software products. Hired and trained software developers. Sold services group to Maximus in 1999 and sold products group to RSA Security in 2000.
Jefferson Lab
Data Acquisition Specialist / 1992-1996
Jefferson Lab in a federally-funded high-energy physics laboratory designed to study the sub-atomic nature of the universe. Designed and developed high-performance, custom hardware and software for use in collecting and filtering large amounts of data in real time. Created software and procedures to test and validate new systems as they came online before migration to production environments.
